Ukončení podpory ze strany databáze chovatelské stanici of Blanche Star

Databáze již nadále nebude poskytovat podporu chovatelské stanici of Blanche Star ani odchovům či psům v majetku této stanice. Tato stanice byla vyloučena z klubu KCHMPP z důvodu porušení řádů a zároveň má stanice pozastaven zápis štěňat z důvodu porušení Řádu ochrany zvířat při chovu psů, ZŘ ČMKU, Mezinárodní chovatelské strategie FCI a Jednacího řádu FCI.

Níže přikládáme podrobnosti:

07/04/2025 V souladu se Zápisním řádem čl. XVI bod 1 P ČMKU pozastavuje zápis štěňat na chovatelskou stanici BLANCHE STAR do doby řádného zabezpečení chovaných jedinců v souladu s předpisy.

Porušení Řádu ochrany zvířat při chovu psů, ZŘ ČMKU, Mezinárodní chovatelské strategie FCI a Jednacího řádu FCI – chovatelská stanice Blanche Star, vrh H narozen 31.03.2024. Plemenná kniha zpracovala a v souladu s rozhodnutím P ČMKU č. 7/3/25 vydala PP pro tři z osmi přihlašovaných štěňat plemene Australský ovčák. Tato tři štěňata obdržela PP na základě testů parentity, které potvrdily uvedené rodiče vrhu H. Zbylých pět štěňat nemělo s vrhem H nic společného, jednalo se o křížence narozené ze spojení feny Australského ovčáka Escada of Blanche Star (fena v době vrhu nebyla chovná, uchovněna byla až 03.08.2024, tedy čtyři a půl měsíce po údajném datu vrhu) a Miniaturního amerického ovčáka Idefix of Blanche Star. Fena byla v době říje ponechána se samcem jiného plemene – chovatelka tedy nevěděla, že byla nakryta, následně chovatelka nezpozorovala březost feny a na závěr nezaznamenala ani skutečnost, že fena porodila. Přesto se těchto pět štěňat kříženců objevilo v Přihlášce k zápisu štěňat vrhu H, narozeného dne 31.03.2024 – viz výše.

Dle vyjádření chovatelky si všech pět štěňat neuchovněné fenky Escada přivlastnila sama matka vrhu H. Fenka Escada of Blanche (již uchovněná) byla na konci roku 2024 opětovně nakryta, jako otec uveden stejný pes jako u vrhu H.

Klub KCHMPP u chovatelky provedl kontrolu 28 chovných jedinců, dalších 17 nebylo přítomných. Chovatelka odmítla předvést štěňata aktuálního vrhu, odmítla i kontrolu štěňat z vrhu předchozího. Klub s chovatelkou zahájil kárné řízení a byla vyloučena z klubu. Z pohledu plemenné knihy je pokus sloučení tří štěňat vrhu AUSO s vrhem pěti kříženců naprosto alarmující. Je za těchto okolností plemenná kniha oprávněna potvrzovat správnost údajů v průkazech původu? Chovatelka ponechává feny a psy různých plemen v době říje společně. K neplánovanému krytí může shodou nechtěných náhod někdy dojít – je však naprosto nepřípustné, aby chovatel nezaznamenal březost a následný porod feny. A následně tyto křížence připisoval jiným rodičům.

Vyloučení z klubu nezabrání pokračování ve stávajícím způsobu chovu, nezabrání ani nekontrolovanému páření. V případě této aktivní chovatelské stanice byly jen v lednu narozeny dva vrhy AUSO a dva vrhy MAO. Případ je o to smutnější, že se nejedná o začátečníka nýbrž dlouholetou a velmi aktivní chovatelku.

7/3/25 KCHMPP – žádost o vydání PP s omezenou registrací – nahlášený vrh je po dvou fenách a dvou otcích. P
ČMKU nesouhlasí s vydáním omezené registrace na vrh matky Belinda of Blanche Star
CMKU/AUO/5970/19 a otce Gold Nugget Aneleh Czech CMKU/AUO/6438/20, rodiče byli ověřeni DNA testy
a jsou uvedeni na krycím listu, vrh nevykazuje zdravotní abnormality.
P ČMKU jednomyslně schvaluje vydání řádných PP pro výše uvedený vrh.
Druhý vrh kříženců PP neobdrží – schváleno jednomyslně
P ČMKU doporučuje klubu zvážit udělení postihu chovatelce v souladu s klubovými předpisy.

The database will no longer provide support to the kennel „of Blanche Star“ or to any of its litters or dogs owned by this kennel.
This kennel has been excluded from the KCHMPP club due to violations of club regulations and is also suspended from registering litters due to breaches of the Animal Welfare Code for Dog Breeding, the ČMKU Breeding Regulations, the FCI International Breeding Strategy, and the FCI Rules of Procedure.

In accordance with the Registration Regulations, Article XVI, point 1 of the ČMKU, the registration of puppies from the kennel BLANCHE STAR is suspended until proper care of the dogs is ensured in compliance with the regulations.

Violation of the Animal Welfare Code for Dog Breeding, ČMKU Breeding Regulations, the FCI International Breeding Strategy, and FCI Rules of Procedure – kennel Blanche Star, litter H, born on 31.03.2024. The studbook processed and, in accordance with ČMKU Board decision no. 7/3/25, issued pedigrees for three out of the eight registered Australian Shepherd puppies. These three puppies received pedigrees based on parentage testing, which confirmed the stated parents of litter H.

The remaining five puppies had no connection to litter H. They were crossbreeds, born from a mating between the Australian Shepherd female Escada of Blanche Star (who was not breeding-approved at the time; she was approved on 03.08.2024, four and a half months after the alleged litter date) and the Miniature American Shepherd male Idefix of Blanche Star. The female was left with a male of another breed during her heat – the breeder was unaware she had been mated, did not notice the pregnancy, and failed to observe the birth. Nevertheless, these five crossbreed puppies appeared on the litter H registration application dated 31.03.2024.

According to the breeder, all five of Escada’s puppies were allegedly adopted by the mother of litter H. The female Escada of Blanche (now approved for breeding) was again mated at the end of 2024, with the same sire listed as for litter H.

The KCHMPP club inspected 28 breeding dogs in the breeder’s care; another 17 were not present. The breeder refused to show the puppies from the current litter and also denied access to the previous litter’s puppies. The club initiated disciplinary proceedings against the breeder, who was subsequently expelled from the club.

From the studbook’s perspective, the attempt to merge three Australian Shepherd puppies with five crossbreeds is extremely alarming. Under these circumstances, can the studbook be expected to confirm the accuracy of pedigree information? The breeder allows females and males of different breeds to remain together during heat cycles. Accidental matings can occasionally happen – but it is completely unacceptable for a breeder to fail to notice pregnancy or whelping. And then falsely assign crossbred puppies to unrelated parents.

Expulsion from the club does not prevent the breeder from continuing this breeding practice, nor does it prevent uncontrolled matings. In the case of this active kennel, two AUS litters and two MAS litters were born in January alone. The case is all the more troubling because the breeder is not a novice, but a long-time and very active breeder.

7/3/25 KCHMPP – Request for issuing pedigrees with limited registration – the reported litter comes from two females and two sires.
The ČMKU Board disagrees with issuing limited registration for the litter from dam Belinda of Blanche Star (CMKU/AUO/5970/19) and sire Gold Nugget Aneleh Czech (CMKU/AUO/6438/20). The parents were confirmed via DNA tests and are listed on the mating form. The litter shows no health abnormalities.

The ČMKU Board unanimously approves issuing regular pedigrees for the above litter.
The second litter of crossbreeds will not receive pedigrees – unanimously approved.
The ČMKU Board recommends the club consider imposing penalties on the breeder in accordance with club regulations.
Unanimously approved.
